I am a Digital Marketing student at Suma College, with a focus on website design, visual presentation, and content copywriting. Through my experience in brand projects, as well as direct interaction with customers in retail and promotion roles, I’ve developed a practical understanding of user behavior and purchasing decisions. This allows me to go beyond just creating visually appealing work. I focus on user experience and conversion, ensuring that every design and piece of content serves a clear purpose. On the topic of webinars, I believe that a good website or piece of content is not just about looking good, but about helping a brand communicate its value, build trust, and attract the right audience.
My career began as a part-time Retail Assistant at Watsons during the Raya period, where I was responsible for cashier duties, restocking shelves, and assisting customers.
Although it was a short-term role, I quickly adapted to the fast-paced retail environment and was able to carry out my daily responsibilities efficiently while providing support to customers.
Through this experience, I developed strong communication skills and learned how to better understand customers’ needs in order to deliver appropriate service. This not only enhanced my ability to interact with customers, but also taught me the importance of attention to detail, which has become a valuable foundation for my future career development.
